The story behind SageWire

Why the focus on software implementation and project management?
Software implementation is hard and many businesses don't have the expertise on staff. For many small-medium sized companies, software projects are an infrequent event and don't justify a full-time position. They may have IT teams, but they are necessarily skilled in managing a successful implementation project.
SageWire has experience implementing a variety of platforms — from logistcs/supply chain platforms to CRM to service desk. However, this doesn't exlcude capability of other software types as it really comes down to the execution, which is where SageWire excels.
The founder, Donald McGraw
I've spent a majority of my career focusing on how technology can help businesses improve efficiencies and see a real ROI. It has always been a strong belief of mine that IT should be a value-adding service, not just a necessary cost center and this thought is central to every project that SageWire is a part of.
Through years of experience both as an FTE and as a consultant managing and assisting software implementation, I have been a part of projects that have gone great as well as gone wrong. Although business softwares have different applications within a business, what makes a successul implementation comes down to aligning business processes, proper training, and employee buy-in. These focus points are central to SageWire and have lead to success.
I currently reside in Central Oregon with my wife and dog Arthur where we enjoy the outdoor activities such as skiing and golf.
